ugly fabric but the idea was great
I guess 6 yr old ninjas are indiscriminate.
I think those are supposed to be dragons???
Looks better up close…. Kinda cool!!!
They are dragons. My design options were kind of limited, as the tv spot was only five minutes. While not high fashion, my 7 year old son loved it!
I agree. The buttons don’t really show with that fabric either. They would look great on plain fabric.
This was a fantastic video!, but I have a question because I am going to make my headboard. Question: By doing the buttons the way that you did, will that give it a “tufted” look because that is really what I am trying to do? Please let me know. Thanks.
I can now finally make my headboard, this video was great in showing step-by-step instructions, thanks!
he could have at least made the fabric straight. lol.
Great video – now where did I put my stapler hmm
This was great! Thank you for posting!
Thank you! This was really helpful and actually looks great. I did use 1″ foam but should have carved it out a bit where the buttons were going. It was hard to pull them in.
Great!! Now how do u hang it
you made that look super easy=)
Great idea! Easy to follow as well!
OSB is a VERY HIGH off-gassing material. Considering this is by your head 8 hours a day, I would strongly suggest you use a low VOC product, like plywood or better yet wheatboard.
Great job!!
@hotapplepie2009 Thanks for the information…even as an adult, I wouldn’t want that around my head.
She’s beautiful
it costed more than $50.00…..booo!!!!!!
From all the videos on how to make your own headboard, NONE of them tell you how to hang it on the wall! LOL That’s a lotta fabric in the back. How are people keeping it up on the wall??
aww he did it for his son!
I love how simple this idea is. I am going to have to build one as well. I like to think that I am handy so we will see how it turns out. Thanks for the button idea too.
WOW…$50 for that ugly thing!
