What kind of countertops are those? Corian?
In the kitchen, i meant to say, what kinda countertops in the kitchen? IS the heating system gas or electric?
The kitchen countertops are laminate but made to look like granite. It would cost approx. $6k to install granite, corian. The sellers are willing to negotiate this.
The powder room & master bathroom have granite counters though.
Both heating systems are gas.
